      On April 6th, I purchased a pallet of 45 Mac book laptops. I was initially told the price was was $3400 but when I purchased I was told $3200. The seller later told me that he has made an error and the price is $3400 plus $200 shipping. I was told the product would ship in 48 hours. I worked the day the shipment was to arrive. I could have stayed at work but I decided to come home this was 04/08/2022. On April 7th I got a receipt for what I had purchased. On April 8th I got a message from Express Delivery with a tracking number and that I need to pay $2157 in a refundable insurance fee. I was shocked because the seller never told me anything. Once I paid this amount on 04/12/2022, I asked about my delivery and I was told that I would get my delivery on the 14th of April. I kept getting information on tracking but never got my package. Once I paid, I was shocked to receive another message that I needed to pay $3238 (refundable handling fee). I sent $1343.00 because I wanted my laptops to arrive such that I can move on with my life. I paid that money and paid an additional $3238. The delivery company indicated that their Zelle was at capacity. Today (04/15/2022) I received another message indicating that I needed to pay an additional $4897 to insurance and handling (refundable). This morning I sent messages to both the seller and delivery company that I need my money back but both have refused. I have contacted my bank and they have deemed the delivery company a fraud based on their current investigations. Also, many times I have tried to track my shipment and the website is not functional. I get calls and texts very late in the night to check my emails for updates for money. My experience has been a nightmare and the seller has not been very helpful. Instead, he has put the blame on me. Of course I am angry, I have ordered many things both domestically and internationally but this is the first time I am dealing with such dysfunction!

      The name of the company that indicated they were delivering my laptops is Express Delivery Service, the email address is ****************************************** the website is https://www.usaexpressdelivery.com/  The phone number of the guy that was in charge is ************.  The website indicates that they are in *******, ********** and number listed on website is ****************.

       

      When I confronted the seller about issues I had noticed regarding delivery, he was non chalant and even told me that the delivery company is good.  

       

      I have currently blocked both numbers since they would call me just to say hello.  They have my email address and can send me information via that route.

      This is the name of a business I had over 10 years ago and it is not the correct company for pursuit of this refund. I hope you can find them and get your money back!!
