On June 2nd, 2022 we received a collection notice from ************************* was for services provide for my daughter ************************* on December 3rd, 2020. We were never sent an invoice due to an incorrect address on file and Spokane ENT and no one ever called us prior to the collections notice on 6/2/22. We did confirm that Spokane ENT/Columbia Surgical Specialist had a valid phone number and email address on file but never attempting to contact us regarding a balance owed. Upon receiving this collection notice we immediately called the Spokane ENT office and we were told this would be corrected by a supervisor by the week of July 5th. Since then we have received no responses despite several attempts by phone to Spokane ENT, and also receive a lawsuit summons from ************************* on 8/14/22. We are willing to pay the original bill but now we are forced to respond to a lawsuit summons. My wife called Spokane ENT again 8/15/22 and I called today on 8/16/22 and we were both told that a supervisor was not available. We now have 17 days to respond to the summons and would very much like to get this cleared up and paid prior to that summons response being due. We have also filed a complaint with the Washington ************************* but this will likely be reported to the credit bureau and we will have to put forth significant effort to dispute that. All we are seeking is for the lawsuit to be withdrawn and we will pay the original balance owed. We continue to make many attempts to work with Spokane Ear, Nose, and Throat but have been told that their system is down and there is nothing they can do. I have left a voicemail with the *** of Columbia Surgical, *********************, and attempted to reach him by email.
