I purchased a bracelet when my dog passed away. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received my product and no one is answering me from their customer service email. I have asked for a refund. They took my money and did not send my product.Initial Complaint

I purchased two bracelets and a gift box on August 21st, 2024. This company offers priority shipping which I selected. The jewelry has been stuck in curing mode and has well missed the first estimate. The company refunded me for the priority shipping and suggested my order was stuck in customs although they claim to make everything in house in *******, **. I have requested further clarity on this issue on 3 occasions via their website and also the phone number they suggest texting to. They have not provided an answer and my order remains unsent. They appear to be a fraudulent company with no intention of filling customer orders.Initial Complaint

On 12/29/2024 at approximately 12:04 am, an order was placed for two bracelets. At 6:33 am that same day, within their Return/Refund policy, I emailed them to request a modification to one of the bracelets or a cancellation. Their refund policy states the following : Refund policy Due to the custom nature of our products, once your order has been started all sales are final and we cannot accept returns after your order has shipped unless there is damage to the item. Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placing your original order. (Note: Should orders continue to be placed and cancelled we will not honor a cancellation on future orders.)On 1/30/2024 at 4:02 am I received an email from ************ a customer relations employee at ******************** to state that I could no longer modify or cancel the order because the item was in the creation phase and because the shipping selection that was made. I emailed her a copy of their refund policy to remind her that I requested a change well within their companys policy. I never received a response. I would never recommend this company and wished I had not purchased from here.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on November 27th at 11:45 pm, and then emailed them to cancel it at 12:12 am November 28th, less then ONE HOUR. They refuse to cancel it claiming "its in production" not sure how thats possible, even reminded them of their policy and sent them proof I emailed them.. The CONFIRMATION email clearly states "You have 8 hours from placing your order to cancel if you wish to do so". All photos below for proof! I want my money back, this site is a total scam.Business response

I'm not really sure what this customer is asking for, we cancelled both of her orders as requested yesterday...
