Good afternoon,
We were in the process of researching and responding to this complaint, however, we have now also received a complaint from the Washington ********************* for this matter.
We want to address this issue as soon as possible, but also do not want to compromise anything with the Bar complaint should we respond here without having complete information to respond to both complaints simultaneously.
For the sake of clarity and ensuring details are accurate and unvarying, we would like to request an extension to our response.
Please let us know what options we may have to move forward.
