I ordered the hula hoop from a Tik Tok store- Tryhulahoop.com on June 24th. I quickly realized this was a fake store not the real store Infinity Hoop. I received an email stating they received my order and if I had any questions reply back to email. I replied to email how can I cancel order?. I was responded to a day later by **** who told me order was shipped already contact them when I receive order so I can return it. I didnt get an order has been shipped until 8 days later. I once again emailed and stated by did they tell the the item shipped if it did. They replied next day stating please contact us. I asked how can I contact you when you have no telephone or address listed. I was told once again please contact us when I get the item so they can do a return. I received the item July 19th. I emailed them back stating a received the package how to send it back. I have NOT got the return address yet after sending multiple emails to two different email address of this company.All I keep getting is emails stating things I havent asked about. Sorry for the delay of your product to answer you question yes this is a real hula hoop. The only question I have asked is where can I return the product. The address listed on the package is just a shipping company. They have no real address to return the product listed and wont give an a address to send the product back.Initial Complaint

From Tik Tok ad I placed order for Inifinity Hula Hoop for $59.99. I received an email thanking me for my purchase and was told that tracking information would be emailed soon. When I got the tracking number it seemed the package was not moving for a week. When I returned to the site from the first email I received. I noticed it was The Hula Hoop and not The Infinity Hula Hoop. The email address TryHulaHoop is their contact us name. I placed my order on June 15 and have been getting the runaround for weeks. I never received the Hula Hoop and requested a refund. This companys response was did I receive the Hula Hoop and I had already stated that I did not and want my payment returned. My order #**** and details have been sent to them 3 if not 4 times.Initial Complaint

On May 29th I made this purchase. They had an add and they set their website to look exactly like the premium product but this was a knockoff. That would have been fine, my fault for faking for it, had thr product not arrived broken. They guarantee refunds if broken. Check their polity at tryhulahoop.com. I opened it within 19 minutes of arrival. There was no weight in the package and the ball that holds weight is broken the parts that hold the screws were split open. I emailed immediately. Was told to just put a coin I. The weight ball. I asked them to review the initial email stating the ball was broken and the just said sorry. No offer for a refund, or even an exchange which I do not want after dealing with this company.Initial Complaint

Purchased on April 1st, 2023 Amount paid was $49.45 I expect a refund. They have not provided me with one.Order # **** Email chain clearly shows my initial effort to return the product to them for a refund. They have stated they will not provide me with a return shipping label and they do not want their defective product back. I have tried to resolve this. I speculate given the nature of the email that they keep avoiding giving me the refund because they either don't know how or they're not going to. The product was defective, they shouldn't be able to sell this. Other reviews have reported the same defect. They tried to tell me to open it up, essentially damaging it, which I didn't, and fill the weight with something so it would rotate. I believe this company is ripping people off and when the consumer tries to return and get a refund they skate around and string the consumer along.Initial Complaint

I purchased a hula hoop back in January, and reached out to the company a week after receiving the item in February. When I reached out to them, I let them know that it was painful when I used it, and the weight of the ball was not heavy. That I just didnt like the product and wanted to return it based on their satisfaction, guarantee and return policy. the first couple of responses I received were on how to put weight in the ball to try and force me to keep the item. I let them know that those instructions were not included when I open the box and it was just painful to use on my abdomen. Due to the return policy, I just wanted to return the item . Ive been going back-and-forth with a company. Im trying to get a return label and a refund. Every response is automated and it goes from. We will send you a return label to were forwarding your message to the return department and lastly a response to try and force me to keep the product. Im going on three months now trying to get assistance with returning the product. The product is unused, still in the box, waiting to be able to return it back to the company. I continue to reply to them on the same email thread, which is probably over 30 emails attached to that thread.Initial Complaint

I ordered this hula hoop and it was nothing as described. The plastic is cheap and uncomfortable, the roller ball is cheap and doesnt move around the hoop and the ball is cheap and not weighted so the hoop doesnt work at all. I have requested a refund and the company continues to ignore me for days and when they do reply, just continue to ask me the same question over and over What is your problem with the hoop? I would like a refund for this unusable, cheaply made, and falsely advertised product.Initial Complaint

On 10/11/22, I paid $48.95 for an exercise hula hoop that was advertised as a weighted hula hoop. The package arrived in my mailbox on 10/22/22 in an UNsealed box. Inside was an exercise hula hoop that appeared to be used. It did not seem like a brand new product. The ball at the end of the rope was also NOT weighted as the advertisement indicated. Since the ball was not weighted, the product did not work as intended. The ball would get caught on the links every time it went around my waist. After reading the return policy, which states they do refunds/returns within 30 days of receipt, I contacted the company to request a refund and return label on 10/23/22. I sent a follow up on 10/26/22 and 10/30/22 before they responded to me on 10/31/22 stating that I can open the ball up myself and add sand to it. I responded on 10/31/22 stating that it didnt come with any sand for me to add to it and I would still like to return it and get a refund. They responded on 11/1/22 asking for my reasons for wanting to return it and I replied 11/1/22 with all my reasons again. I followed up with another email on 11/6/22 and they responded on 11/7/22 telling me, again, that I can open the ball and add sand. I replied on 11/7/22 asking them to still send me my return label and refund. I sent a follow up email on 11/8/22, 11/9/22 and 11/10/22 and still have not received what I asked for or any sort or response from them. There is no place on their website where I can leave a review either. Theres no phone number that I can call. Theres only an email address. Please help me get my refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from them, the hula hoop. It arrived, and it does not work as described. I want a refund. I reached out to the customer service email and they responded and theyre just giving me the runaround refusing to give me the refund.
