6/1/23 @ 10:30 am Amount of money paid: $200.00 for clientele acceptance prior to training session Debit $120.00 paid in middle of training session CASH Service Dog Training in-Home ****** Briggs made sexual advances in my backyard and then proceeded to send sexually full ****** explicit photos to me multiple times without consent. He was "attempting" to show me his thigh tattoo and completely exposed himself in my backyard that has no protection of view and kept pressuring me to expose other tattoos on my intimate areas after I tried to be polite and thought made he has a disability that did not allow him to use rationalization skills to differentiate the timid uncomfortable attitude, but was clearly evident it was intentional through the texts that followed after. I deleted the first round of photos because I was in shock and uncomfortable and again tried to reroute his behavior in which he proceeded to send back the same sexually explicit photos this time without his face being present. ****** had full knowledge I was married as I wore my ring and he came into my home to see my dwelling that has my marriage photos highly visible on the wall. As a sexual assault victim in the past, I had not followed up because of fear of retaliation as he has my home address and debit card information. I paid cash because I had pulled from my cash savings and I am scared he will either show up or try to say I never paid because he did not send me a receipt of purchase after the first session. I am PTSD triggered and had pseudo-seizures because of my discomfort and fearfulness of what may happen or could've. I am only 5'1" 150 lbs and ****** is 5'9"+ and 200+lbs estimation. I would have been at a complete disadvantage. I hope this behavior does not continue for the sake of women and training without their husbands present.**Intimate areas are covered for viewer discretion by myself, they are uncovered in the messages themselves.**

      Customer response

      06/07/2023

I had told him prior to him, taking his pants off in my backyard, that I am a licensed & registered tattoo artist, and had offered to exchange services (training for tattoo work) in lieu of payment for a training session in the future.
