Ampro Builders is the best window contractor in the area! I was so impressed with their work, that I will be hiring them to do my roof as well. These guys are pros, from the consultation to the installation/clean up. You can rely on them. It took less than 3 weeks for my windows to arrive and the install took one day for three big windows. Kimo, one of the reps, kept me updated of the delivery process. He had me informed of the days and times they were going to show up. He even checks up with you after the installation to ensure satisfaction. Kimo is the man and Ampro is my new general contractor. I am so excited about my new windows. I can clearly tell the difference, I’m going to save so much money on heat and sound proof all around, I don’t hear the train anymore. I am so happy and very impressed with Ampro Builders. AMPRO Builders LLC. has a total disregard for the customer and very shoddy work. I had hired them initially for roofing and it took the owner a full year to address and fix the fact that his employees put my skylights on backwards when they reroofed my home. I had to write a POOR review for the owner ****** ******* to even pay attention to my calls to his **** which went unanswered for the entire time . I had the siding of the home also replaced during this period by the same AmPro and they job was performed while I was at work (They put hardy plank on without it even being sealed). I came home and found that when the siding was replaced, it was replaced so that there is a gap that needs to be fixed as this will allow the elements and mold to start on the inside of the siding. When They skylights were fixed I was told that AmPro would take care of the siding replacement failure . The failure was found by the painter when he saw the large gap at the bottom of wall where it should snug up to the cedar lap, but the builder put the siding on top of the first plank leaving a large gap opening on lower side at front end of my home. ****** ******* showed up at my home and actually saw the shoddy work on the south side and front corner of my home and said he was the boss and would have it fixed. Then I heard nothing. I called ****** ******* (Owner) and asked when the siding would be corrected as the winter (last year) was coming and he said he would do it when the weather wasbetter and dry. This was last year (2023) the roof was put on a year before that and when they finally fixed the botched skylights and put them in correctly they had to scrape them as they had **** growing on them. WELL It's been DRY for a long time this summer and The Guy has answered one call and sent me to Voice mail after that without a return call or time frame to fix AmPro's botched siding repair. I will also send this to the BBB as I am done waiting. I do not recommend this Guy or his company

Dear Mr. ***************** You for reviewing our Company. We at Ampro Builders have been in business for over ********************************************** the industry and our ****** reviews are very high as a result.
You have left out many of the mitigating facts regarding your jobs completed by Ampro. You were so satisfied with your Ampro Roofing project that you called us to do a siding repair to remove rotton siding.
At the time of your roofing project you were offered new glass skylights which you refused due to cost. Ampro resealed and re-flashed your Skylight curbs and then replaced your 20 year old skylights. Your old skylights were **** encrusted and were beyond their useful life. We returned to your home and cleaned your skylights as well as resealing them. They were reattached.
The siding you spoke of followed the bulge's in your sheathing therefore leaving small pockets at the bottom of the siding. There was no direct path for air infiltration. The siding appeared to have been installed correctly as you were aware at the time of completion.
You hired a painting contractor who actually did a sloppy terrible job. He should hsve scraped pealing paint and he should have caulked what you are blaming Ampro for. I'm sure you can get him back to do his job correctly.
I told you before you posted you negative reviews that I was sending out a professional to correct your areas of complaint. I also told you it would at least two weeks before I could pull a tradesman. Unfortunately it was the peak of the summer season and skilled tradesmen were hard to pull off jobs. We did infarct schedule a tradesman to correct your job but you would never answer his calls to schedule.
Your siding problems have now been corrected. We will correct any future problems should any arise. We offer a lifetime warranty so please, before you disparage the Company, Just call the office for help.
Now, being the gentleman that you are *****, it would be great if you took down your negative reviews1
