This insurance agency is unresponsive. After trying to get in contact with the business regarding a Farmers insurance policy that was written by this specific agent, I have ultimately decided to leave this agency. After calling multiple times in a 1 week span, leaving voicemail as well as emailing, there has been no contact back from the agency regarding a policy that is in force.Business response

This particular individual was a W2 employee that continued employment by transitioning to a **** and continued appointment through my Agency, through this appointment he had/has access to all of the policies written so I am surprised that this would be the reasoning for the BBB filing. I have since spoken with the filer and have gone over certification process that were completed to maintain appointment within the Agency. I've also spoken with the claimant regarding the policy and have resolved the issue.

This insurance agency is unresponsive. After trying to get in contact with the business regarding a Farmers insurance policy that was written by this specific agent, I have ultimately decided to leave this agency.
