On 5/28 I had whites motorcycle install a tire on to my rear wheel. They completed the work the same day and when I picked it up I bought a valve cap also. I had The bike together the same day and took one short test ride before it sat while I wait for money to repair the front. 7/23 I finish the bike and go for a test ride about 20 miles each way. On my way back going 65mph on the freeway the bike stops responding to my steering inputs and start to pull me all over the road losing control and almost crashed as I was in a corner. I slowly and dangerously dodged cars and made my way across all lanes to the shoulder and found the back tire completely flat. Hours later I get towed home and can put air in the tire to inspect it with soapy solution. It was leaking only at the valve stem which was clearly the old one from before the tire installation and was severely weathered and had visible cracks all over. 7/26 i go to whites to have a discussion hoping they realize they made a mistake. Upon explaining my situation the man at front quickly laughed and said valve stems are not a part of tire installation. I told him I used to work at a tire shop and all other repair centers replace valve stems no matter what, and it is unsafe to re use them for this exact reason. He said he did not care. I asked him how he can allow something this unsafe to leave his shop and he got and aggressive attitude and cussed me out saying Im trying to s**** them over, and i can pay for a valve stem, and again pay the cost of tire installation, or Im out right screwed. They were completely unwilling to help me in any way and made me to feel like I was in the wrong for expecting professional service I can trust. He claimed that since I had put the cap on the valve stem that I hold all liability because I should have known better replacing valve stems is mandatory at all reputable service centers. They have zero concern for there customers safety. this is completely unacceptable

Dropped off my Ducati 749 race bike's rear Bitubo D0031FXF31 shock for a rebuild on 5-May-2022 on repair order #****. After 30+ days they could not source a rebuild kit.June-6 I contacted them via ******** Messenger for an Update. On June-7 I came to the shop in person and discussed the parts kit issue and what the options were to repair. Since they could not source it, I said I would and in the meantime requested they put the shock back together (With full intent they would rebuild it). Arranged to pickup the leaking shock on June 15, couldn't get there in time due to work and the rush to prepare it for pickup was alleviated because I could not race as my work schedule conflicted. After promises from the *** to deliver the repair kit 1 week from 25-June, it took until 25-July before I finally got a parts kit from *****. I messaged on FB Messenger 22-July, no response. I called whites on 25-July to update them and learned my rear shock is in the trash. No contact from Whites since June 15. Call log, email and VM all empty.Owner called me a liar claiming with absolute certainty I was contacted stating "I will not accept that you were not contacted" and "doesn't care about my call log". My phone is on all the time. My Voicemail is available if my phone is not or looses reception. My email is also available.I agree, I should have followed up that I was continuing to source the the rebuild kit... But that's no excuse to trash my property without even a single attempt to contact. Now I'm out a $1,500 for replacement cost and have a $240 rebuild kit I cannot use.No warning on Repair Order, Vendor had an account balance that I "owed" they the owner thought I was skipping out on.. not the case. I was never contacted. I live 15 minutes away, if they were going to trash it, a simple phone call and I would have settled up and picked it up.

      Hello,

There is no way to provide a resolution on the web-portal.

But, as an update I was contacted by the business on 31-Aug-2022 that they have found my property and I picked it up today.

This can be closed and resolved.

      Regards,
