11/9/21, Second day I have had to take off of work because I was suppose to have my TV delivered today between 4-7pm. I received a call approximately 3pm, a lady said that my tv was not on the truck today as the driver thought it was just a pick-up. Wants to reschedule for this Friday. Mind you that this is already their second attempt to deliver 3 weeks ago, another day off of work, and they just never showed up, callednothing. I had to call the Monday to see what happened. I was told the tv got damaged and they have sent the other distributor an email. Well, again no call back, so I had called again to get that companys info. I called *********************, they said they hadnt received any information pertaining to damages. So they said they would figure this out and return my call. In less than hour I found out that A-1 had damaged the 75 tv and they had to contact Hi-Sense to see if theyll reship the tv and received photos of the damages from A-1.Today, A-1 customer service reps hung up on me 3 times and one sent me to ***** voicemail. I left message. Then I called back for the fourth time and spoke to a supervisor, who apparently doesnt have a boss when I requested. He also told me the other company damaged it. Its been weeks of no TV and now I have to take another day off of work=3 days off of work for a single mother working two jobs means less food on the table or a **** wont get paid because of lack of communication. This is a special delivery as I was told the pallet is worth more than the tv itself, but yet it still hadnt been delivered. A-1 states on their website Highest level of **************** and On Time Deliveries. I find that false advertising. Did I also forget to mention that in September the first TV Hi-Sense sent out was lost in a delivery. How does one loose a 75 TV? I cant wait for this Fridays delivery excuse. As I can sympathize in regards to the delay's, I can ensure that A-1 was just a small portion of the delay's. Yes, it is true that the driver thought it was a pick-up. However, this is how the store wrote up the order and unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the store and the shipping company that brought the product too us. The ** was damaged by the shipping company, (For.... A..) as we are only the last mile company that brings the order to the home. Logistically, we handle only the last part of the process, which we have nothing to do with the other. Unfortunately, we have to hear about delay complaints all the time and rarely does this make a difference with customer. So we move forward and try to accommodate the customer the best possible way.
I am truly sorry for the experience that this customer has had and please understand that in away we also are at the mercy of shipper -
