Purchased an item that was broken on arrival - called the company and spoke to ******** or whatever- explained the issue - he became abusive and threatening and changed the story multiple times after agreements were made to resolve the issue - failed to follow ** in the falsified agreement and began verbally abusing and threatening me - advised proper authorities for this incident as well as my credit card to avoid the attempt to steal from me and not provide the refund - claimed the refund was complete and never was - bank as well as Amazon both advised that was a lie and wasnt complete - a company that should close immediately after providing the refund for returned items and never be in business again.Customer response

Facts of this transaction are below:1/21/22: Item purchased by customer.1/21/22: Item shipped to customer.1/26/22: Item delivered to customer.1/27/22: Customer contacted us stating an issue with the item.1/27/22: We sent customer a prepaid return label so they could return the item.2/1/22: Customer initiated a chargeback with their credit card company.2/2/22: Customer shipped item back.2/9/22: Returned item received.Conclusion:Unfortunately, since a chargeback was already initiated by the customer, we were unable to initiate a refund once we received the item in return. As of 3/29/22 this is still pending with the customers bank and there is unfortunately nothing actionable we can do on our side until the chargeback dispute is settled (~***** days from chargeback initiation).Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: its a lie - it was never refunded and class action has been activated. Lied about refund and threats were made via phone
