Horrible, do not buy anything from this place. I have seen mom and pop shops run better than this joke of a business. They will take your money and leave you out to dry. No communication, they dont answer their phones or respond to emails. I honestly cant believe this place has lasted this long. Pretty sure the one good review on here is from one of the nine people who work for this business. If I could give a negative star I would. You have been warned!Review from Lane M

Just got my **** **** RAL **** kit in the mail. Absolutely beautiful. Top notch work. They were up from with me and said it may take a few weeks, as they were very busy, especially with the special order coating. I'm sure the bad reviews came from impatient people? Company is non responsive. at all several emails have been sent. order is in order recieved and money has be taken from acct. most legitimate companies don't take money untill order ships. company has been called and no answer. BEWARE!Review from MIchael P

I purchased a folding stock on March 7th 2023. My order has remained in the order received status and money was taken out of my account. I have not received the product or an update to the shipment of the product despite filing 2 web inquiries, an email to the owner and phone calls. Ordered a Ar 15 drum July 23,2022 and when placing the order I knew the product was in backorder which was no problem.Fast forward it is now September 24,2022 and I am still waiting for my product but the actual issue is the fact that I have sent 9 separate emails to customer service wondering about an ETA and havent got a response you dont miss 9 emails on accident.First and Last Time buyer here.Review from BadBusinesssucks

I ordered a +5 mag extension back on Jan 30, 2022. For some reason it's still in the "In Fulfillment" process. Everytime I call no one answers the phone and I've made several attempts to cancel my order via email. Still no response so I don't know what to do at this point. I'm writing this review as of Feb 19, 2022.
