We have only been with Crusader Payments for a couple months now, but we have been very impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We have much lower processing fees than with our previous company and our account manager is a pleasure to work with. It is worth your time to consider switching your processing to Crusader Payments.

Crusader Payments and the team have been a breath of fresh air for myself and my business. They have followed through with absolutely everything they have promised and have made themselves 100% available whenever i have needed them! I have been working with this company for over 2 years and from the beginning they have gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is spectacular. They have always been happy to answer my questions (all ****** of them) and make sure I understand things fully. They help me resolve any equipment issues right away. The owner has personally made it very clear that he will do what it takes to take care of me and my business and that means more than any money can buy. I can always text or call and get help right away- no waiting on hold and speaking to random people all over the world, you're speaking to people who know you and care about you. This business has superceded all expectations to earn my trust and I would recommend nobody else if you want to truly be taken care of!!Crusader Payments Response

What a wonderful experience with **************************** and everyone at Crusader payments! Quick response with any and all questions we have had. Equipment that is easy to use, and saving us tons in Processing Fees! Our old company was upping their fees (again) and ******* called at the right time!
