***** Plumbing scheduled me in right away. When the technician was delayed on a job, they quickly sent out ****. He fixed the leak in the shower and clearly explained that particulates, most likely building up in our aging water heater, would continue to clog the faucet. He gave me an estimate for a new water heater and installation for future reference. I appreciate his courtesy, experience, and positive attitude. Excellent customer service.Review from Bonnie P

Thank you for sending ***** to us to review the options for our aging water heater. He was WONDERFUL!!! He listen to our concerns and questions gave us insight into the reality of self-help or or "band-aide" repairs. He was VERY knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. **** did a fantastic job in analyzing the issue I was having with my HVAC system. He didn't have the part needed to complete the job, but he ordered it and let me know that a follow up appointment would be scheduled upon receipt of the part.Thank you, D&F, for your continued excellent service.Review from Dawn S

My technician was Camron from D&F plumbing and he was wonderful. He listened to my opinion that a pipe under the floor was leaking and getting my carpet wet. He followed every water pipe from the basement to the top floor that we could see. He advised me that there was no water pipe under the floor. In spite of my disbelief he stuck to his opinion that I should not pay $1000.00 to pull up the carpet and floor to look. He did agree that if I pulled it up and he was wrong they would return to repair the pipe. Of course he was right. It was a cat water dish leaking from clear across the room and running under the carpet until it encountered a staple attaching the carpet to the floor. Thank you Camron for your skills and patience. ***** was fabulous! Super knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He answered my thousands of questions and figured out the problem for what was a real Scooby Doo mystery regarding our water stoppages. No high pressure sales or unnecessary parts - just down to earth help. Thank you!Review from C.J. H

We have used D&F twice now and what friendly people to deal with. Whether its booking an appointment or the actual work, its a great experience.
