After my visit with Doctor *************************** in March of 2023 at ********** she quickly informed me by e-mail that she had her own private practice that operated similarly to two ********** in that e-mail she encouraged me to become a patient. I trusted her and felt she was interested in being my doctor because of this e-mail. Many months went by and care seemed to be fine, but at some point in late December or early January of 2024, I questioned how billing worked and when things showed up on statements. At this time she threatened to terminate me as a patient. I was very confused about why she was behaving this way towards me. She decided to have a phone conversation with me that she said she was going to record and I was glad that she was, in that phone conversation she told me that her practice was too small to handle any questions about billing or anything where she would have to pull my chart outside of an office visit. She proceeded to tell me that she was not charging me enough for that service. She also after many months asked me to no longer refer to her as anything but Doctor or Doctor ****** because she had an issue with a patient in the past. I told her that I only mimicked the room because she always called me ******** and not my full name. I truly do not understand what went wrong and why she treated me this way. I trusted her and looked up to her and felt let down. I would have never left plush care to join her private practice if she had not encouraged me to and made me feel like she was truly interested in being my doctor. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way that she has treated me and feel that she is not professionally conducting herself as a doctor in the ethical way she should be. At this time I believe she only used me to grow her business and not because she truly wanted to solve my health problems. Doctors should not bring their personal issues to work and onto their patients. I will stick with ********** in the future.Customer response

I would like an apology or a refund of some or all my services. I was wrongly treated. She encouraged me to join her office and leave my other services, then some months later was very rude to me when I asked about billing and how it worked. She wanted to cut me as a patient and end my care just because I wanted to understand how the office did billing. That's just not right.
