On May 5, 2023, I wrote a check for $200, which was cashed, as a down payment for a headstone. I began going back and forth with them about finalizing an image to include on it, but ***** have stopped communicating. I have called at least 4 times and emailed them often, but there have been no replies. Are they out of business? How would I get my money back if they won't finalize this transaction?Business response

We are only operating as a part time business this 2024 year. I can have someone check in with *************** via email to see if she would like to continue moving forward. if she does not, I will ask where we can send a refund check for the $200 deposit she had made.

This business has NOT replied to me - only to you. I just had knee surgery, so I was not able to reply to you. Please re engage with them as they do not reply to me.
I want my money back.

I ordered a marker and paid for it March 2022. I have called, faxed, emailed and sent letters to see how and when it was coming, but they have not responded. It is to be placed in the cemetery when done, but it has not yet been. (***********)Business response

Apologies on the delay of getting back to you. We have been waiting for the specific color of granite that you picked out to be back in stock with our granite supplier. Once that has taken place we would be able to make the headstone for the Cashmere cemetery and have it delivered and set. We show record that we replied to a voicemail early this year in January asking if you would like to keep waiting for the **************** or go ahead with a color that we have in stock now. I will personally give you another call and make sure to connect with you to see how you would like to move forward. Thank you.
