We bought a new air conditioning unit for inside our atic area the unit costed us $7000.00. The unit did not work right the first time we tried it wouldnt go cold enough and ran constantly. They came back and fixed it then 2 weeks later the unit was leaking water inside our ceiling down to the floor. They came back and said the outlet hose was plugged. Then about 2 months later it leaked again bad down inside our ceiling ruining the ceiling drywall its now cracked open and ready to fall down. We tried contacting them several times to come fix it but know one responds back to us. The last time they were here to our house the guys fixing it said they would be back to fix ceiling.It has now been 3 months and no one will return out call. Very frustrated with the results never finished they mistakes.

What the customer states is correct regarding the water damage to the ceiling. JB Mechanical has been in contact with multiply contractors regarding fixing this issue and are waiting for their schedule to open up. JB Mechanical wants the repair to be done by a professional sheetrock installer and painter. The scope of work on the repair is something that cannot be completed by JB Mechanical as it is not our expertise. JB Mechanical will pay for all repairs regarding the sheetrock and painting needed to fix the job.
JB Mechanical apologizes for any inconvenience that this has caused.
