They brought in another person t5o move my shed 15 feet. He used a bobcat and moved the shed about 5 feet but damaged the shed while moving it. He then just packed up and left without saying a word. The original person stated they would fix the damage done to the shed and the lawn which had been torn up. Now the shed is not square and not level. He also packed up and left and has not returned. His telephone number now does not work. He has a BBB sticker in the window of his truck. He also wanted more money for supplies. I was never given a written quote which he kept promising.Initial Complaint

On or about June 2023, I contracted with Rowell Services to service my pond at my home for three visits, to include installing the motor, general cleaning of the pond and shutting down and cleaning of the pond around Thanksgiving. ********************** performed the first service only; and never returned to address the work identified for the second and third visit. ********************** repeatedly promised to return but did not. I am seeking 2/3rds of the the monies I gave them in advance for two visits not addressed for a total of $666.67. As an aside, Mr. ********************** offered, via text or email, to refund my full amount paid of $1,000 and to perform the services for free during the 2024 season, of which I declined. I am only seeking a refund for the incompleted work.
