on 6-5-22 i ordered a pizza. usually i order just plain pizza w/triple sausage, but that day i had a guest who wanted veggies, so i ordered triple sausage w/green pepper, onion, ********************** when the pizza got here, it didn't have the triple sausage. i called & said i was willing to bring the pizza in to be seen by park plaza & the woman who'd taken the order said she had to go back & talk to her "boss." this man said "don't bring it back." & was real nasty, telling me to go somewhere else. he had a problem with me bringing the pizza back & showing him it wasn't right. that was dinner for ******* guest who each ate 2 slices. i put the balance in the freezer. while ordering, the clerk verified that i'd ordered triple sausage, but the "boss" said that he put double sausage on the pizza, when it should have been triple. he accused me of saying he didn't know how to make pizza after having done this for over 40 years. i have ordered from park plaza before & this clerk has never had much bedside manner, but there were never any problems with the pizza either till this one. this pizza had canned items on it. i've never known any pizza place to use canned mushrooms. it was heavy with the veggies & the edge of the crust was burned. it seemed like it was a pizza that had been made for someone else that didn't go out for some reason & he tried to doctor it up & sent it to me. there are others who make pizza in beaver dam just as good as park plaza. i called park plaza because my guest like them. this was the worst pizza & worst customer service treatment i've ever had from this guy. i would like a refund of the purchase price. this was the worst pizza & this man talked so nasty, there must be some other reason for the way he acted. i wasn't claiming the pizza wasn't right without being willing to bring it into them to see it for themselves. i'm just down the block from ********* would be no trouble. i don't think i should have to pay for that.Business response

Yes, I spoke to the lady and tried to explain that I thought I made it the way she wanted it. After i got off the phone with her I realized I didn't put enough sausage on it, I proceeded to refund **** to her account. And no this pizza wasn't made for someone else and I doctored it up. I also told her that there was no need to bring it back because I knew what I made was right except not enough sausage on it. I will gladly refund the rest of her order. ***********************Customer response
