November 15, 2021, I called RLP Diversified and informed them that I only wanted 2 tons of crushed concrete. They told me that they could not deliver that amount for a profitable price, so I informed them that if they could drop 2 tons at 1 address and 3 tons at a 2nd address, then I could purchase a total of 5 tons including delivery, which they quoted me $300. On November 17, they delivered the crushed concrete and dumped a total of 5 tons at 1 address, which I didnt agree to. I wasnt at home, however my representative let them on the property. That person immediately called me and informed me about the situation. At that moment, I informed that person to tell the gentleman that I did not want that amount of concrete because I was only building a 1 car, parking spot slab. The gentleman told my representative that they would have to get back to me and left. When I left work that same day, I immediately contacted RLP again and told them that I did not want that amount of concrete and could not use it. They told me that they couldnt help me. I told them that I wanted the other half delivered at the other address and I would pay them the remaining 150, when that occurred. Since November 2021 the city of Milwaukee has had several lockdowns and COVID restrictions, but I have tried to find other solutions like contacting various landscaping companies and posting the rocks on the internet for free pickup. No one has responded to my posts. I have also contacted RLP several times in 2022, even after they initially denied my requests in November 2021, in order to be cordial and reach an amicable resolution. I have called RLP at least 4Xs in 2022 over the span of 3 months. I also have left voicemails and text messages, but I have been given the run around. I would like the crushed concrete removed immediately. If they are not able to move it before July 1, 2022. I would like $700 by May 31, 2022, which is the estimated cost of removal via various quotes I received.
