I ordered their product on 12/18/22. I never received a shipping email. No one will respond to my emails. There isn't a phone number to contact anyone. I looked up the address and the business is located at an apartment complex. I just want my money back. *****************Initial Complaint

I placed my order with the company on 10/3/2022. The website says that the order should be received within 20 days, at most. It is now 11/15/2022, and I have not yet received the items. I emailed the business 3 times asking for tracking information or update, and never received a response. Finally on 11/3/2022 I received a tracking number, but it is just sitting at the facility per the tracking website. It has been there for 12 days. It is unacceptable that they would take this long to ship, and it also says it is being shipped from **********, but the home store is in ********** **.
