Me and my husband got the collapsible wagon for our food and stuff and the wagon is kind of squeaking and we got it from my husbands step mom and she paid $60.00 dollars on the product. We like to know if we can get our money back or a replacement wagon it is a blue color. We use it for our groceries and stuff. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple and we are on social security disability. Resolution, we want our money back. No gift card because because we don't have a store with your guys stuff. No coupons either. I have reached out to the customer to find a resolution via phone and email. When they make contact with us, we can find a resolution to their complaint.
