6/3/2022 I am disabled and was stopped for a ticket my car was towed the tow company made me sign a contract after paying 600$ and give them my title to get my car back with ********** of 400$ per week totaling **** In one month I protested but they said it was the only way I'd get my car back. I on l y get about 961 a month. I'm starving right now and this puts me in undue hardship I believe they need to return my title and cease all collections unless they can come to reasonable terms this is predatory lending and amounts to them stealing my car that I need to survive.Business response

We at Kreibich towing and automotive L.L.C. towed A 2019 **** Fusion Hy-bird 2.0L ***************************** 05-03-2022 @ 8:19 pm Per State Patrol call towed from hwy 93 and Cty. rd H.
Starting 05-03-2022 storage is ***** a day, called ******* 05-17-2022 thru 05-25-2022 got no answer, We sent out a certified letter on
05-25-2022 thru the mail. till 06-03-2022 when we got a call from him for pictures of the car to get money for the ****. He kept telling us he was trying to borrow money from friends and never got anything back from him by phone or any other way.
06-04-2022 is when he came to give us ****** for the **** and we stopped storage on above vehicle, and did not charge any other charges towards the ****, than we did a contract giving him 30 days to pay **** in full.
We gave ******* till the end of the month to pay in full. 06-24-2022 ******* came in with a check with the rest of the money on the ****, so we are done and he has the title all said and done. Per ******* this was acceptable and we were paid for services rendered. We did not but could have charged him for the extra days as well as interest!
Sent copies of the docs of the paperwork we sent him we did everything right what else do you want us to do. Do we have to contact our attorneys on this? let us know. Do we need to do anything further?
