      In 2022 bought new furnace/ac for $8900; in 2023 bought $14,000 Generac. Called today for service. Was told they no longer service residential - only commercial. It would have been nice if they had notified their residential customers and offered alternative choices. If I had known that I would never have bought from them. Thanks for nothing and leaving us high and dry.

      I had called Lee Mechanical for a plugged drain. They sent two guys out couldn’t get the drain unclogged. They recommended the drain pipes be replaced at a cost of $8000.00. ****** ***** came out and unclogged it right away. I called Lee twice to complain and never received a call, text or e-mail back. They sent our bill to collections without returning either of my calls.

      September 1, 2023 Lee Mechanical Management, I was not going to contact you about my experience, then changed my mind because it still aggravates me! On August 8, before I could schedule a service call I had to send you my information by email, which took almost an hour. It was scheduled for August 10th to repair or replace my 1/2 HP Insinkerator disposal. Kevin **** arrived on time, evaluated it, and said it needed to be replaced. He quoted me prices for 1/2 HP and 3/4 HP Insinkerator. I was shocked at how high the prices were, about $450 for the 1/2 and $600 for the 3/4 HP. I decided to go with the 1/2 HP, as he said I’d save $150. At that point I had to go forward because I’d have to pay the $139 service call, anyway, if I wanted to shop further. I was surprised he didn’t have a couple on the truck, as he knew what the call was for. So, he left and returned in about 45 min. - a hour. There were no issues and he quickly installed it. When calculating the bill he said he would say I had a $20 coupon that appears in church bulletins, and the total was $522.23. I paid by Visa. I called the next day to request an itemized bill, as the one he emailed me was for only the total. The girl put me on hold, then returned and said okay. Not receiving it, I called again on Friday the 15th. She again put me on hold and returned to tell me “we don’t do that anymore because our system won’t let me”. I told her I wouldn’t be calling Lee again. Thinking this experience over, I decided to check Lowe’s prices. The exact disposal is $123.71, installation is $160 for a total of $306.64. That is a $215.59 difference, which is a lot of money to a senior citizen! If that is Lee Mechanical’s price, fine. You won’t hear from me again. If you find this information suspicious, I’d appreciate a refund.

      I had Lee out for two separate electrical quotes. A long punch list of items and an upgrade to 100 amp service. This review no way reflects on the electrician. He was great to work with, making suggestions even identifying power source issues from WE energies. The complaint is: I was charged for the estimate, which was then not reduced from the quote for services. I had 2 other companies quote with no charge. No fee for estimates is mentioned on Lee's website. Poor business decision. Lee lost $8K in work to gain $150. Was the $150 worth it?

      I employed Lee for several jobs this year. I found that their technicians are allowed to charge as they see fit. I asked for a quote , allowed the work on the assumption that the itemized invoice would show me the cost of the parts and the labor. Upon paying I asked for the itemized invoice which he couldn’t give me - it needed to be e-mailed. When I got it there was no itemizations. I called and asked for it- I was told he would get the technician to properly complete an itemized invoice. I also asked for a ball park cost for the service. The ball park was 200-300 less than what I was charged. I repeatedly requested the itemized invoice with no response by Lee or the technician. I have to assume I was overcharged. Beware.
