On March 14, 2023 we had Sinclair Plumbing did plumbing in our upstairs bathroom that was fully gutted out to the studs. We were informed that if we purchased the ***************************** 60"x 32" tub/shower through them, their would be a lifetime warranty on any future problems with leakage or other damages that could occur. They informed us that first we would have to build a frame for the shower/tub. We hired a handyman that has built other projects in our house & also was very familiar & has done other projects with Sinclair Plumbing. Once it was done, Sinclair Plumbing sent 2 people over to do the plumbing & install the shower/tub. Before the shower was completely put together, they sent the 2nd person out on a call. It left just one person spending an additional 4 hours trying to snap in the rest of the shower walls. We paid the bill in full on March 20th. They didn't put in the fixtures in the shower, but said they would at a later date. The next month & half we drywalled & plastered. When I was painting I noticed that there was 1/4" difference in lip of the *********** wasn't snapped in correctly. On May 24th Sinclair Plumbing came back to add the shower ************ brought it to the person's attention. He used a screwdriver to try to adjust it, but didn't work. On May 25th I emailed Sinclair about it. No response. I emailed weekly. On June 9th I called them twice. Someone called back & left a message & said the frame was croaked & their was nothing they can do. I have pictures that shows the frame is level. I continued to email weekly & called June 12th, 13th, & July 7th trying to ask how we can resolve it & about the warranty. No one has responded back. ****** will not stand behind the warranty because it wasn't installed correctly. I want someone to look at the shower & also have a written warranty that if there is any issues with the shower or any water damage that would occur. They would be responsible for it.
