Sunseekers with drew ***** form my account on 12/29/23in the amounts of $43.23 and $5.25. i had cancelled my membership back in May 2023 so therefor no ***** should have been taken out of my account.Initial Complaint

Went to SunSeekers in *********, ** in November 2020 to put a cancellation on my account, to which there was a form printed for this occasion. Upon checking my statements, I have been charged for 2 years and no cancellation was processed. I called on June 30, 2022 and spoke to a store representative and was directed to call on August 1, 2022 to discuss my matter with a call line representative due to their records just showing a 6 month hold - NOT a cancellation like I processed. The representative at the call center offered a 3 month refund, however, I have been charged for 1.5 years, to which they offered a $300 CREDIT to my account instead of a refund. I want my cancellation processed AND a refund to my card!Initial Complaint

I have been trying to reach this business for a week due to being charged on my account and to cancel there is not a phone number that works, they dont reply to my emails and their live chat only lets you leave a message. I want a total of $40.23 for charges they charged to my credit card in April and a total of $72 in overdraft fees that I incurred on my account due to this. I want confirmation that they have completely closed my account . If these things are not met I will pursue in small claims court along with reimbursement for my legal fees.
