We purchased a battery from Amped Outdoors in July 2023. We recently discovered that it is no longer holding a charge. We have made two attempts to contact Amped Outdoors - one via the contact form on their website, and another via email just last week, but we have not heard back from either attempt and are becoming anxious as we approach the one year **** where this battery will no longer be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the company does not have a public phone number and the only way to contact them is via contact form or email. We are simply asking for a replacement for the battery. Hello, we dug back into your request and your original email to us on 6/14 went to our spam folder. The name on this complain and email address do not match the name on the order provided. We were able to respond to this with our live chat, email and main support line to contact us. You likely have an issue with charging and it should be a pretty simple and easy fix. We are very easy to get a hold of an willing to work with all of our customer as you can see from our customer reviews. Please reach out to us based on the last email provided. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I apologize for not responding sooner. Amped Outdoors did get in touch us with after receiving the complaint. We spoke with them via telephone and they have sent us a replacement battery. I appreciate their prompt resolution to this issue, and I would consider it resolved. Thank you so much.
