This company is a scam. I chose to pay off my loan early. I went into their system and selected the option to pay off the loan early. However, because my payment was scheduled for the same day as a regular payment, I was charged the regular payment as well. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I should have called them instead of using their online system to get the payoff amount. What is the point of having a payoff amount on the system if it can't be used? I requested to have my regular payment refunded and was told NO.Review from Maureen B

I told them i wanted to pay them back in full, not in payments. They did not honor our contact and tried to bill me once a month for over a year causing a700% interest rate and $1500 more than the loan. I put a stop payment on it and paid them IN FULL. They never acknowledged that i paid them back AT ALL, and now I'm in collections. I didn't find out until i needed a loan a year later. Now I'm ******* and can't eat or pay bills until the Ortho releases me back to work. Thank you finest for being dishonest thieves. Horrible business.Review from Frank L

Fine day are SCAMMERS .. our finances and credit has been destroyed because of a 1500$ loan that we have payed off several times but they still say we owe 1700$.. no end in sight.. I could just cry ??Review from Bonnie G

I adked for Loan and i never recieved the loan agreement, I have been emaiing and calling customer serivce for 3 weeks now and no reply.The interest rate is 700%This is a company they should never been allowed to offer loansReview from Anthony J

They lied to me about the loan that I got for $1000 making me believe I only owe them 1500, but all of a sudden, I got five grand that I owe them. They lied to me and I want the money back that they stole from meCustomer Response

This is a company of ******. I called them over the phone to get help on a personal loan, The guy that helped me lied to me. I wanted alone of $1000 Where I can at least pay back $1.500. This guy agreed to it and had me sign. I looked online and it was supposed to be $1.500, but ended up being $5000. I called and complained one person which was a nice lady ended up disconnected my bank account from them. But now theyre still sending me emails saying that I owe them which is a lie. They already took 1700 when they were only supposed to take 1500. They are a con company and they shouldnt be in business. I want them to leave me alone. Theyve been harassing me for quite a while for something I dont owe.Review from Alexis R

They won’t cancel my loan. They gave me $900 and want 4,000 back at the end of the year. I asked them to cancel and they said to email them. Their email was invalid.Review from Shelley M

I don't think you should apply to Fine Day funds. All I requested was a statement showing what I paid, when I paid them, and what I owe left. Yet, I was told they don't have that information. I've emailed and heard nothing back. It seems like if they can't give you that basic information that is a problem.Review from Pamela A

Horrible sharks!!! They were only fair before but recently have become outright scammers. Way above ridiculous charges and did not process yet after 2 weeks my cashier's check for $1,100. Going to file with the ** Attorney General soon!
