We purchased two trips from this guide service, at $560 each in January 2024. To date, neither trip has come to fruition and the guide refuses to return the money or our phone calls or emails. We also found out he is not licensed to provide the services he is advertising.Initial Complaint

I purchased a gift card from this merchant for $371 on 12/21/23 as a Christmas gift for my son. I booked a fishing trip with the gift card for 5/24/24. Per an automated reminder email on 5/23 guide was supposed to contact me on 5/23 to confirm time and location of our meeting place and when he did not contact me by 8:00pm, I called and emailed him. He responded via email that he was fishing a walleye tour and was not available on 5/24 for our scheduled appointment. He stated he would issue me a refund. To this day I do not have that $371 refund. Im my husband and I have continued to contact him via telephone and email and receive little to no communication in return.
