12/23/2022 Purchase a certificate for a hot air balloon flight Scheduled the flight in 2023 but it was canceled due to weather conditions 1/8/2024 Started calling and emailing to book a flight for this season 1/9/2024 Requested a sunset flight 3/6/2024 Requested a refund due to lack of response from *********************, Chief Pilot and Manager 3/10/2024 **** agreed to refund the cost of my certificate (email attached)3/29, 4/5, and 4/14/2024 requested an update on the check with no reponseBusiness response

I have responded to ************************** request for refund and apologized for our poor customer service. His refund was processed on 4/29/24 and he should receive his full downpayment of $750 by Friday, May 3 2024.
