Transaction date 5/19/2023. Owner ******* contacted me to sell me security cameras. He knew I was having criminals maliciously burglarizing me, my properties primarily daily since Jan. 2021 along w severe id theft. 6 cameras, 12 door/window sensors were being ordered. Cameras were to be independent from Wi-Fi. Independent Camera on independent camera to caught burglars. To upgrade cameras $500 was added to estimate. Date of install, ******* installed 3 plug in cameras inside my house. I was not aware I was to have any cameras inside my house. 3 cameras on outside. Cameras were not charged. Camera in backyard never worked at night, only day. No cameras gave me any feed. All cameras had to be ran to ff my Wi-Fi. ******* had to reset my Wi-Fi while installing cameras. I told him cameras can not be on my home Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi is constantly off online. ******* fought with me regarding this stating cameras have their own network. I need Wi-Fi for wireless cameras to work. As people had came to my property I received no notification, no alarm, no feed. ******* stated he ordered sd cards that he never installed for camera feed. I leave home, cameras go off online making me back to no security. ******* did not fix backyard camera to work at night. Scheduled time to fix all problems or remove **************** my $2500 was scheduled for 5/26/2023. ******* was a no show, no call, no txt. He then said when he gets back from vacation he would call police, remove **************** my $2500. ******* neglected to get ahold of me. ******* claimed I was harassing him. ******* was also scheduled to drop off printed receipt 5/22/2023. He was a no show. Texting/ph call minute to minute evidence shows ******* could not have been at my house longer than ****hrs. He was at my house actual less than 3hrs. ******* charged me 9 hrs labor for him, 7hrs for 2nd tech that was here total of .5hrs. 2nd tech stood at bottom of ladder for 1 camera wall plate screwed in then left. ******* finally emailed invoice 5/24/2023 which had many changes I was unaware of. ******* had me sign his phone for what he said was the estimate. I see the box I signed was for the invoice I never agreed to nor wanted the changes he made. I never did get the 12 door/window sensors. He held invoice back from me until after learning the cameras he installed do not work. I had already ******************* $2500 cash. ******* continued to put me off. ******* knew I was vulnerable. He knew I severely needed security. He contacted me. Finding out he has ties with the crowd currently frauding me. I want my refund of $2500 so I can get security that works & I want the 3 Wi-Fi cameras that do not work that he installed off my house. I told ******* I give him until June 5,2023. If he doesnt do his job I will have to take action. ******* text back saying he will do nothing to complete the job or make good on his plan to have police come to my house with him to remove **************** my $2500. ******* said he would have his attorney contact me however he has not done that either. Also I have text ******* screenshots showing cameras are constantly off online, back camera shows black out at night, no camera feed, cameras showing a notification but not showing 30sec video after clicking on notification.Business response
