First, the fact that they are not BBB accredited says enough. Second, Lisa *****, the owner of AH, sure promotes her own work more and more AND copies other designers who she sells for. Look at some of her crincled frocks and compare to ****** ** ****. Third, the dresses are a mess, bought two and had to return both because they had no shape or form. The dresses I bought and returned looked like I wore a potato bag around me without any shape. Also, the sizes are crazily large. If you have to, buy at least 1 to 2 sizes down. Fourth, the prizes are outrageously high. Fifth, the photography is very deceiving where, I assume, the dresses and tops are pinned up in back or sides to make them look very shapely. Sixth, my two star rating is for Lisa ***** products specifically.Review from Marie D

The company does not inform you at the onse of the order that it will take weeks or in my case 2 months before it will be shipped. And, they charge your credit card immediately. I bought an expensive piece of clothing only to be charged the item and informed it will be 2 months before it is shipped. I called and asked them to take the charge off until it is ready to be shipped and they said no, not our policy.I buy other companies who do not charge until the item is shipped. I find this practice devious and shady. I have canceled the item and was told it would take 7-10 business days for the credit. Again, other companies can do it instantly. I do not recommend this Artful Home.
