I had filed with WESTconsin CU for an extension of my own credit and was denied. I had received one of the two required adverse action letter and called to ask if I was approved or denied and the specific reasons. They told me it was my credit score and I asked for my truth in lending disclosure associated with the consumer credit transaction which showed up on my credit report. They denied my my Truther and Lending Disclosure so I asked for an affidavit of truth and sent them one myself. They responded and still did not give me my TILA. I reported them to the proper authorities and than sent in a letter of demand along with a hold harmless agreement stating if they followed through with the credit transaction (meaning I did give them my information and received no benefit) I wouldnt hold the liable for damages. I have still received no information and they have excited the time limit I set of 10 business days to receive the information from the letter of demand.Business response

The customer submitted a loan application. The loan application was reviewed in accordance with WCUs standard loan policies and, after review, the customer was advised that WCU could not extend credit at the present time. WCU has compiled with all legal obligations related to the matter.Customer response

I got a loan for a vehicle through this bank Oct of 2022, voluntarily repoed the car Nov of 23, was told Id have an answer on auction by mid of Feb 2024, Ive called and asked about answers about the balance due on the loan several times, they took $2500 of my taxes out of my checking account to hold until we hear whats going on from the auction told me theyd know by Wednesday the 28th of Feb 2024 at the absolute latest about the auction. I have called several times and always get the answer well call you back about it when they have never once called me back. Im still paying $525 a month while not having the vehicle in my possession, and it seems to me that theyre pushing it off as much as possible for who knows what reason. I try explaining ** having a hard time affording to live, which is why I gave the car up and got told find a better paying job. Ive waited a lot longer than Ive needed to to hear on how much is owed after auction, or if it was paid off by auction. And I simply cant get any word on it from any employee Ive talked to.Business response
