I ordered a night gaurd from this company almost 2 months ago and never received my product and cannot get anyone to answer the phone for the number they provided and they won't answer emails.Customer response

I ordered night guards from Sparkling White Smiles Dental Lab. I ordered them and received a package with no molding ***** They had to resend the molding ***** I then received 1 (one) night guard from them. I ordered two. It does Not fit my mold. It is uncomfortable and I believe is from someone else's impression. I emailed Sparkling White Smiles Dental **** and they offered to make more. I said no , I will go to the dentist and I just want the refund. ********** a customer service manager never responded again after I said I just want my money back. This has been a ridiculous experience with poor customer service to begin with. I should have known better and just gone to my local dentist. Horrible customer service.Business response

Very sorry to hear that. We can certainly refund your order for you. Did you want to mail back the 1 guard? Or to make the process faster and more convenient for you can you simply email a picture of the guard "destroyed" cut in half? Then we can refund right away for you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I replied to their email. This resolves nothing. It will be resolved when they issue the refund . Issue the refund and then It will be resolvedI do not trust them to do so. Clearly they are very dishonest and their service is terrible.
