I contracted Tabak, LLC two years ago to help me achieve a 100% VA disability rating. Recently, I received a 60% rating, but only due to my own hardwork and diligence. In my opinion , the Tabak law firm has done little if anything to assist me in receiving my rating increase. The person assigned to be my Case Manager is lazy and usually oblivious to questions associated with my claim. I often have to call the firm to get information about the disposition of my claim, only to be talked to in a very condescending manner. I almost believe that the Case Manager is searching the internet doing our interactions. Tabak, LLC took advantage of my lack of knowledge in what the firm could legally charge for services rendered. The VA informed me that the standard fee is 20%, while Tabak, LLC charged me 40%. Tabak, LLC has unethical business practices. PLEASE STEER CEAR!!!!!

If I could give no star I would. I have been trying to get ss for 4 years now. Tablak has given me a case worker and I have never spoken to a actual lawyer. I find out more than this woman does. The case worker is never available and never has information. Now I have had a stroke in September and yet it was disability that contacted me, not tablak. There is absolutely no communication and I wonder if there are any lawyers period. Ilast month had final appt with mental health and no one has contacted me as yet. When they do contact me it is only to tell me that they can't get in touch with disability office. However, I am always able to do so. It is sorry how they mess with people's lives.

I have had two Representatives to start handling my case , my main problem now is that when I call them and they say we will contact you within 48 hours well its been going on two weeks now I have tried to talk to someone, but the call never comes, my first Attorney was ***** and I thought for the time period he was handling my case he did well and returned my calls, then I was switched over to ***** then was told that she and someone else was supposed to be handling my case, no calls no contact and because of this I was forced to handle my own appeal because of the time frame that I had to get this done was quickly slipping away but to my knowledge nothing has been done since ***** stopped handling my case since I am having to do all the paper work why did I hire this ***********

This law office starts out good on your claim they kind if stay on it halfway but you do most of the leg work if you get any paperwork don't hold off like they will tell you just send it in cause it will show or stop your claim then at the end you really get jacked over they will collect there $7200 and leave you out on you *** to try to your money I tried to call them for a week with no response .ore then a week later they say my case is closed here I am 17 day after they got there pay I still have $0 I WOULD NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE
