We were customers with this company to have them set up our website and run our social media. We were consolidating and no longer needed their services. I emailed them and found out that our contract was not up yet. I told them that I wanted to cancel and pay what was left. The emails went back and forth. ******* the person I was email said she would be able to cancel it. One week later I email her to make sure that it was cancelled and she said she was no longer able to because the contract auto renewed itself the day after I emailed her. Even though she knew I wanted to end the contract she waited. To make matters worse she turn us over to collection because I refuse to pay the contract that auto renewed. I should not have to pay for the contract because I expressed from the beginning I wanted it cancelled. If she would not have waited a week to contact me back the contract would have been cancelled.

      Dear ********,
We are sorry you appear dissatisfied with your business arrangement with Net Driven. Our goal is that every customer be delighted with our ******************** and contract terms when we enter an agreement. This is why when you first contacted us in February, we worked with you to modify the terms of your contract to new terms that you accepted. However, since then our Account team has consistently tried but had difficulty contacting you, and your account proceeded through the collection process. If you would like to discuss this matter, please contact a customer support representative at ************.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      [Please type your response here.]
It was not difficult on my part. I will be glad to show you all the emails I sent. I paid my past due invoices but I will not pay for the renewal. The whole reason I was emailing in the first place was to cancel. After Getting the past due invoices taken care of the person I was emailing did not email me back until after the contract renewal. She did not offer any help in getting the matter resolved. I have paid the past due invoice but I will not pay for the new contract since that is why I contacted you in the first place. I want to cut the contract and no longer do business with you.
      Regards,

      ***************************

A service contract for a software to push leads through our website was presented. We signed the contract on 5/16/22 for 15 months. The software was never configured to work with our website. We worked with them for months trying to rectify their software glitches. They admitted they couldn't get it to work. We officially asked for the contract to cancel in February 2023, 10 months after paying $689 per month for nothing. They said they'd cancel but we were billed for all 15 months. Their customer service department admits they know our account never went 'active' and that we never received any services, but they refuse to refund any of our money they took stating we signed a contract no matter what. This is fraud.

This company is a SCAM. We purchased a WAY ****** priced website with promises that were unfullfilled by ***. After finally deciding to quit their services they told us we were in a contract for 9 more months and said the ONLY way we could end the contract was to pay the full amount due (OVER $2000) and that we had to keep services until the end date. I PAID THEM what they asked then go to check the website a few weeks later and its GONE. They deactivated our BUSINESS account AND took their payment. This is bad business and affected OUR business - literally shut down sales during our biggest time of year. What a shameful company.

ARI Network Services could not fulfill the barest of its obligations in the contract it initially signed with us. In addition, it could not even help fix our company website when we needed very simple changes. Getting through to customer service was a repetitive, time-wasting hurdle, and it seems they simply are unable to handle the volume of website requests. We tried contacting everyone from our account manager to tech support, and general customer service, but could not get anyone to answer our responses. When consulting with a couple other web engineers, it was determined that the website was built in a cumbersome way, but for most of our requests, like updating some text, there was no need for the changes to take a long time (weeks or months sometimes, if ever). After several months of paying for no assistance and a non-functioning website (for example they did not update our business address, which cost us business for months as we can see each week how many people search for our location and click for directions), we finally decided to plan moving our site to another host. Since we had purchased our domain we were able to take our site back in its original form, and hire a new company to manage it. However, weeks later after cancelling our service, *** is attempting to collect for the months they did nothing, and on top of that, they are attempting to bill us for the entire rest of a year's contract totaling over $7000. We do not believe we owe anything to this company, and in fact their failure to fulfill their contract alone is enough to warrant our compensation for several months of fees at least. We have sent many emails and left many messages attempting to get resolution to this with ARI Network Services.

From September to November there were multiple conversations regarding our dissatisfaction with our website and our intention of switching companies. On November 14 we contacted *** to cancel services knowing our contract renewal for the year was December 15, 2022. We were told it was "no big deal" just to let them know and they would release our domain. *** did not notify us that they had any "special" requirements in order to cancel.Since we were under the impression there was no "special" requirements to cancel, on December 9, I spoke with *** so that we may transfer our domain to our new website company. I was informed at that time, they required cancellation to be in writing prior to November 15, as our contract automatically renews. I was informed that we were required to either stay with them for the next year or pay the entire years balance. However, they cancelled our services on December 9, per a phone conversation. I requested to speak to someone in management to rectify this situation. Multiple attempts to contact management from December 9 to December 16 were ignored by ***. Management finally responded with "we intend to vigorously enforce our contract" even though they do not follow their own contract. ARI Network Services knowingly and repeatedly failed to notify us of their requirements to cancel services per our contract. *** knowingly and repeatedly failed to respond to communication efforts to cancel services. *** knowingly had our verbal cancellation prior to their deadline of November 15, 2022. *** cancelled our services with verbal communication on December 9, 2022. *** uses their contract to purposefully take customers money or require their customers to continue services with them.

Hello to anybody who is thinking of getting services with the Net driven company. I am very frustrated about how they run their business. I hired them to manage my company web site for about 3 years. after 1 year I decided to cancel the services and I was informed that they renew their contract automatically and if you can cancel you need to pay the remainder of the year. After they let me know that I decided to keep working with them and check how everything works BUT I DECLINED TO HAVE MY CONTRACT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW! I have my email proof that I canceled my automatic contract. *************************** is the person who is in charge of my business account, I decided now to go with another company and need to cancel their services. Now *************************** tells me again I am on contract and that I need to pay the reminder of the contract although I have a proof from my email that it would be month to month and no annual contract. I have sent them multiple messages to remind him but he just says he can put me in touch with their accounts receivable department to discuss the remainder of my contract. *************************** knows about this cancelation and now he doesn't remember but I sent the proof of the cancelation of the automatic contract. They promise a lot about their services. The truth is I call and send many emails requesting do their jobs right from the get go.
