Advertised their Modern Warfare 2 promotion all over, but you can't find any bags without stolen codes! Their support tells you to use the "call of duty support page", but the page never has any codes available! It's always "All available codes have been claimed for today". I've been checking the website every day at 8AM CST (the advertised time that codes would start to be available) for the last 2 weeks, and they've never put any up! They even updated the page to say explicitly "Check back 12/19 for additional codes" and never put them up! No respect for their customers when you waste this much of their time. I can't even return the bags I purchased with stolen codes because I waited too long waiting for the "support" website to finally have codes!!

So Jack Links did a promotion with Modern Warfare 2 and Walmart, and they put promo codes to certain items within the game on the OUTSIDE of their bags. I went to three Walmarts in my area. The Walmart at **** ********* ***** Nashville, TN *****. The one on **** *********** **, Nashville, TN *****, and the one on **** *********** **, Nashville, TN *****. The first two Walmarts I went to, I hunted down the manager for the store during October 28th-31st. The store managers had no clue what I was talking about, and they did not have MW2 Jack Links bags available. ZERO. So I went to the one on **** *********** **, and I found 8 bags. I was going to purchase four bags. To my surprise, ALL OF THE BAGS, had the promo codes ripped off them. Literally every single bag. CODES were gone. I reached out to Jack Links on Twitter Nov. 2 did not get a response back from them until Friday Nov. 4. They said "Ugh! They've been selling out so quickly! (which was a lie). Fear not, more to come on that front. Stay tuned, appreciate your patience." Then the representative said "I can clarify further. Walmart and other retailers have a limited amount of product, but we're working on a way to make codes widely available for everyone and not just in store." I said I hope I you're not lying, and they said "I'd get in trouble if I did." I've called Jack Links twice, left two detailed voicemails. Sent numerous emails. and the situation still has not been rectified.
