on Friday am October 7th this company delivered a brand new tractor we had purchased from them. then we went away for the weekend. The next week my brother-in-law came over to look at our new tractor and we noticed that the very top of the cab on the tractor was broken. I sent an email the the company and they flat out told me it was not broken when they delivered it and refused to fix it or replace it. they basically told me that it was my fault that it was broken. I did not break it. I realize that i did not notice this when it was delivered and can't prove that it was damaged when i received it, but i want to warn other potential customers of there's that this is how this business treats there customers. A Brand new tractor from them and there is nothing i can do about it except write a complaintBusiness response

We very confident the tractor was delivered with no damage on the cab. There was three different people from set up, prep and delivery and no one seen the damage. The damage is on the rear face of the cab in a very noticable area where we would have seen it. There is also transfer of white on the damaged cab, we do not have anything white in the dealership that could have caused this ie door frames etc. The tractor was washed right before deivery and this would have been seen if it was there. We offered the customer the replacement part at dealer cost to try to help.
We have been in business for over a 100 years, customer satisfaction has always been our top priority, we would never allow a new product leave our dealership in this condition.
