      Jewelers Mutual is a SCAM. They take you money and when you actually need to file a claim they never get back with you and when you do get someone its always a reason for you not being able to file and receive your payment. I helped my mother in law to file a claim back in April they have done everything to duck and dodge her calls on the claim they even tried to include me on the claim and I don't live nor did I tell them I lived with her all I did was call to find out how to file the claim because she didn't know how to. All they want to do is collect your payment and not pay for your loss. Like I stated her loss was in April and now its the end of August and they just keep giving her the run around saying they are working on it but they still took the annual payment for June even though no one has been in contact with her. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

      Jewelry Mutual Insurance is a total scam, they are legal Thieves. When you open up a claim they find tons of reasons to not pay your loss but when it comes to your premium, they take your money right away without hesitation. They are defrauding customers, they are pathetic liars, they constantly make different excuses just to close your account and not pay your claim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SUCH LEGAL THIEVES . STAY AWAY FROM SUCH FRAUDULENT INSURANCE. EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK WITH ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, THEY ALWAYS MAKE A WAY OUT TO NOT SPEAK WITH YOU. ANDJUSTERS ARE A **** OF LOSERS AND FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.

      Convoluted process of cancelling a policy. And during the process my online access suddenly stopped working. Poor digital experience. My guess is that they don't want to make it easy cancel. Instead of resetting my password the solution is to remove my online account and I have to re-register. Very poor solution.

      I discovered an additional charge of 10% added to my renewal policy after 2 years of coverage. It was called “insurance value adjustment “. I called to cancel upon hearing this. Immediately they offered to remove this “optional charge?” That they were going to automatically add to my bill. They warned that my coverage would be impacted, so obviously if I kept the policy it would be detrimental to me in the long run. Very scam sounding. I paid two years and all the sudden a need to reappraise my item? I think not. I canceled and lost 2 years of premiums… who knows how many times they would have continued to raise the coverage. Shady!

      I lost my men wedding band yesterday and JMG approved my replacement in 24 hours Kayla Z. Is the rep that response prompt and concern. I give this company 5 stars to any looking for exceptional service.

      Until now I thought they were really good and helpful. I had several issues with repair and they were taken care of. When it came to loss I thought I was in autopay but actually wasnt because of a technical error on their part and they did honor my policy so I appreciate that but now that I had a loss I paid so much in the difference between the old bracelet and the new one and I now have to add the new bracelet and I thought it would be automatically. I paid so much to be up to date with the policy because of the error so much for the difference between bracelets and now I have to pay again l. Its just a lot. Im going to shop around and see if I can find another company that will be a bit more affordable and cover 125% incase of loss that will prevent me from coming out of pocket. You live and you learn I guess.
