I reached out 06/06/2024 to schedule a newborn photoshoot, a month before I was due. They had a sale for the deluxe package for $299 which includes 3 setups, family photos, and I can choose 20 photos from the gallery. So we purchased the package same day, and we were told to schedule our session we just have to let them know when we had baby and go from there. Did that and scheduled our shoot for 07/24/2024. We didnt know what time they were coming until the morning of the session, even though I had reached out to try and figure it out. The day of she comes and everything went great and we were told it would take about 4-6 weeks to get our photos back, we are on week 13 and still no photos. Ive reached out multiple times to inquire if wed be getting them back soon, and because they ignore my messages. They said they were running really behind and I was very understanding and didnt mind just would like to be updated. On 10/04/2024 I had reached out again saying if they still need more time thats fine just let me know, and they said they would try to get them back to me the following morning. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Sent them another message and no response. But they are posting photos on their ******** of people whos events happened WELL after mineCustomer response

3/9/24- bought and scheduled newborn session for 3/26/24 3/26/24- had to reach out to her when she did not show up for session. Said she forgot to cancel since her family had the flu. Tried rescheduling for April and she stopped responding 4/17/24- reached out to try and book again 4/18/24- she responded and apologized for getting sick. Offered additional sessions to make up for it. I asked when we could schedule dates and she stopped responding. 5/2/24- asked again if we could schedule dates for sessions. She answered yes and asked when. I asked if she had availability for May and August. 5/11/24- she responded and said she had availability in August 7/1/24- finally scheduled single session for 8/1/24, told her to let us know where to meet 7/31/24- I reached out to see if we were still on for session on 8/1/24 as I had not heard anything from her 8/1/24- she messages me and tells me we are on a rain watch and reschedules for 8/10/24 with set location 8/10/24-she messages me and tells me she needs to reschedule again because of a spider bite. I responded that I wanted a refund as so much time has been wasted and milestones have been missed waiting for her. She agreed to make an exception to her policy and would issue a refund via ******* 8/20/24- I do not have my refundInitial Complaint

Booked a family phot shoot 10/28/23 for a December 30 session. **** told me that I would receive my photos within about 4 weeks. 1/26/24 contacted **** and asked about photos. Told they would be ready in a week. 2/6/24 messaged again checking on photos. Was told she was behind and would work on soon. 2/27/24 reached out and asked again and no response. 3/10/24 reached out again. **** responded that the family got ***** and she would give me $100 refund. Never got refund or photos. 3/26/24 reached out to **** and she told me I would get photos by ******. No photos or refund received. 3/31/24 asked for photos and no response.4/1/24 asked for status. **** responded on 4/2/24 that family got flu and I would get photos and full refund. 4/11/24 messages *************** status and no response. 4/20/24 messaged again. I have no photos or refund. I want my money back and all the photos.Customer response
