I purchased a 2007 Impala from your business in ******. Had issues with it right away. Clunking in rear ( which was fixed) sway bar links. ***** would constantly go up n down when driving n hitting bumps. Speedometer would go up n down also. Front end shakes when slowing down. Car stalled on me 2 times. One time it started right up the second time it took 2 0 min to start back up. There is a smell of something burning coming from radiator, oil leaking from the car as well. I came n to drive it with the lady at the dealership n showed her the leaking oil she said its not from the car or its cuz they changed the oil then in fact they never did. She (a female ) who I was told was part owner was cursing at me and yelling at me outside the business. She told me to sit on it n spin while flipping me off. Very unprofessional! I didnt act irate or disrespectful towards her. I have been asking for a refund and to have name removed from the contract. The vehicle is not safe! would like a refund and my daughters name off the contract. The car should have never been sold. I contacted the owner **** through text and he just ignores me! I have a video of the lady admitting to everything. I have a video of the owner admitting to all she did.

On Tuesday February 27th we went to to z auto sales in ****** wi to see about purchasing a vehicle. They were friendly and really sold us on the car buying process with their business. I paid 3,150$ as a down payment on a 2012 gmc Acadia. I filled out all the paperwork and went on my way. On march 10th the vehicle wouldnt start. The dealership came to my residence and towed the vehicle on march 19th. Finally after weeks of calling the dealership and the mechanic and getting the run around about what was wrong with the vehicle, the mechanic answered on April 10th and told me the vehicle had a blown engine and was waiting to hear back about a warranty. I drove to the dealership on April 11th to see if there was anything they could do for me, possibly a different vehicle or even refunding me the money I paid down. They had different attitudes towards me, unfriendly and were speaking Spanish the whole time. Spoke to ***** and she told me sorry its like a heart attack and it could happen anytime. They told me no there was nothing they can do for me besides me surrending the vehicle or pay 1000 to get it fixed and continue making monthly payments. I just had a new baby on march 17th so that is why I needed the bigger space for my family. So Im without the money I paid and also the vehicle. ***** typed a paper with a solution on her phone and printed it out for me. All I want is the money I paid for this car so I can purchase from elsewhere. I am beyond frustrated with this.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us.

We're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with your recent vehicle purchase.

Upon reviewing your case, we'd like to provide some clarification. While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our vehicles, unforeseen issues can arise, as is the case with any mechanical system. We did note the presence of the check engine light and codes P0016 and P0017 on the Inspection Sheet, which you were made aware of prior to purchase. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
We want to emphasize that we offer our customers the flexibility to have any vehicle independently inspected by a mechanic of their choice before making a purchase, and we're glad to hear that you opted for engine and transmission coverage for added peace of mind.
As stated in our terms of sale, the vehicle was sold "AS IS," which means that any issues that arise after the sale are the responsibility of the purchaser. While we understand your frustration, we encourage you to utilize the coverage you purchased, as it can help offset the costs of repairs.
We value your satisfaction and are committed to finding a resolution that is fair and reasonable for both parties. If you'd like to discuss this matter further or explore potential solutions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

      Sincerely,

      *********************************

bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and all I have had was trouble with it. Paid ***** dollars and the check engine light came on the same day I bought it and there is ***** dollars worth of stuff that needs to fixed on there. And they are not trying to help me fix it at all. Specially when they did something that is not allowed.. whatever you do, do not buy anything from them they are big scammers!!!!!!All I want them to do is fix it all the right way and give me a loaner. As I am a single mom and I saved up and spent all my money on this car.

A GMC Acadia was purchased by my sister *********************. When purchasing the vehicle she was told multiple times that the entire vehicle was in good working condition and nothing was wrong. After 2 days of usage the vehicle seized up and was deemed a total loss of engine. The vehicle was brought to a mechanic that informed us that the vehicle had all other issues and that this should have been known it would happen. When trying to contact the business all calls were ignored and we kept being told that no manager was available. At one point we called on a different phone number and magically someone was available who told us they would try to help. Still no response and ignoring us. Lost a lot of money as we paid in full out of pocket. They are selling very bad working vehicles and getting away with it.

I made a simple disability accomodation request. They were rude about the issue and lied. Instead of making accommodation as agreed, they blocked my phone number.
