We placed an order with costumes.com on August 15th. The about of the order is $82.02 USD. The order contains 11 different items, including Halloween costumes and decorations. Order number is ******. The order was needed as a birthday present for a child with special needs! The business does not have a phone number and was emailed multiple times! We need a response ASAP!Customer response

I ordered this *************************** costume from Costumes.com on June 5th, 2024. About two weeks later I began emailing them asking when I could expect my package to be delivered. They told me they were in the process of updating their system so to expect a delay. The delay came and went and then I was told I would be provided a tracking number very shortly so I continued to wait. The tracking number never came and neither did my package. I then asked to have my package cancelled and to be refunded on August 6th, 2024 (after waiting two months). I started to feel like they were trying to scam me and I was never actually going to be sent my package that I paid for. About three days later on August 9th I emailed again to check to see that my order had been cancelled and they responded that they had forwarded my request to their cancellation team and would get back to me when they heard from them. Seven days later on August 16th I had still heard nothing back regarding my cancellation so I emailed yet again and threatened to contact the BBB and share my thoughts about their business being scammers all over every social media platform I had and now they're completely ignoring my emails. This is why I decided to finally reach out to you. I do have a copy of every email correspondence between us if you need it. I can make copies and attach them.Initial Complaint

I placed order number ***** with this retailer on 10/23/23. It was delivered to me on 10/25/23. I immediately emailed their customer service and told them it didnt fit and I needed a larger size. They then told me no larger size was available. Then is asked to return it for a refund which they refused, stating the refund window closed on 10/24/23. I did not receive the package until 10/25/23 I would have no way of knowing it didnt fit until I tried it on. Also how can the return window close 24 hours after purchase before I even receive the item?Initial Complaint

I purchased online at Costumes.com 2 Halloween costumes for our 2 daughters on 8/9/22 and was notified via email on 8/16/22 my complete order was delivered via DHL to our home on 8/16/22 at 3:04pm. I checked the mail and opened the package to find only 1 of the costumes I ordered inside the package with the packing slip that said both costumes were supposed to be inside. I saved the packing slip and packing with the weight and information on it and then I sent 2 emails to Costumes.com immediately to let them know what happened with my order minutes after opening the package on 8/16/22 to the email ******************************************* I also sent a message via their web page that same day also and responded to their original email showing my order and information. Its 8/19/22 and I still havent received any email response or answers from Costumes.com regarding the missing item in my order. There is no phone number listed for their company so I have no other way to attempt to contact them about the missing costume in my order that I paid for. I dont know what else to do now about this all.Initial Complaint

Order Placed 10/2/21, received 10/9/21 sent back 10/20/21 - on 2 orders $67 worth of goods returned. 3 different calls to their customer service - they said they're busy give it time. Now refuse to refund stating their policy is with 15 of orders placed they have to have received them back. They took 7 days just to deliver to me!
