On 9/11/23 purchased a Dodge Ram **** from S&L Motors for approximately $56,000.00.While driving the truck home, noticed a loud vibration while going up an incline at 63 mph.Immediately called Salesperson **** to report the issue and discussed calling their service ****.Next day I called S&L service **** ************* three times before my call was answered and set up an appointment. Brought the truck in, mechanic took ride in truck and said loud vibration was normal.I have owned seven Dodge Ram trucks and have never heard a noise like that. I am also a mechanic and know that this is not normal.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2019 Ram **** truck from S & L motors. These trucks are widely known to have a defect. The truck had a rear sliding window and the frame cracks. This crack causes water to leak inside of the vehicle. I was told because I wasnt under the 3 year ****** mile warranty they wont cover the damage. However if I was under the warranty it would be covered. I googled this crack and found dozens if not more cases of the same thing in a matter of seconds. I also have an extended warranty which I bought at S & L motors and the extended warranty states they wont cover this either. I called **************** and I didnt have any luck. They also stated nothing they could do. This was a $60,000.00 truck I bought and I have under ****** miles on it. I did nothing to cause this damage and it is just a defect in whoevers design. I would imagine a recall or something would be good. Thanks for your time I hope you can help.Business response

Stellantis denied customers request for repair on this rear window because of factory warranty expiration date of December 28, 2021. S&L Motors offered to repair at our cost of $1363 with local autoglass company. The offer is still available to customer if desired.
