  Tripoli Propane opened an account for me in July of 2022. They received a deposit of $400 in August from the attempt of ********* for propane. They received another payment of $490 in November of 2022. I requested propane to be delivered in November. A delivery driver came out to deliver propane. He checked the regulators on the tank and the house. He said the regulators would have to be replaced. He checked the pipes in the basement. The pipe going the the oven upstairs was rusted and would have to be replaced. The driver said Tripoli Propane had a service man that would take care of the regulators and replace the pipe. They would set up an appointment to have the work done. Two weeks later I called Tripoli Propane to see when they were coming. They told me I would have to get someone to replace the pipe inside. They did not do inside work. So I had the inside pipe replaced. It cost me $400. I contacted Tripoli Propane and told them the inside work was completed. They could send out their service man to replace the regulators and fill the tank. Tripoli Propane said their service man would be here to do the work on Monday morning the 5th of December. They called Monday morning at 7 a.m. and said their service man called in sick. He would not be coming. They called Tuesday afternoon the 6th of December and said the service man would be coming the next day in the morning. I received a call on Wednesday the 7th of December they told me I didn't replace the right pipes and they would not be coming to replace the regulators or deliver propane. I explained to them that the pipe was replaced that they requested. They said they were not coming out for any reason and to find another propane supplier. They have my entire fuel assistance of approximately $900.

  we went there Nov 30 piping issues inside the house called two heating and plumbing people and my driver called we have texts. ******* places said they would call she said she had it fixed we called the work and said they did not go there. Whatever happened it never got fixed. She lied and said it was fixed and it wasn't. This is a safety issue. She turned me into the state. She told them a different *** fixed it from what she told us. Whether it was fixed or not I have no idea.
