They do not stand behind factory defective equipment . They make empty promises and hope you go away or just buy another. I recieved a bw46 suppressor bought from a dealer other not directly from griffin and the piston mount it came with was threaded so poorly it would not even thread 85% of the way on . I sent numerous detailed pictures and emails and numerous phone calls over a month span and was told yeah we will get you 1 shipped right out quick ... well after waiting a couple months I have received nothing . I have spent well over ******* on thus company's products in the last 3 years and will never spend another cent. It should never be a issue resolving factory defects.Initial Complaint

In May, 2022, when first using my Griffin Armament suppressor, I encountered issues that damaged the suppressor. I contacted Griffin by email on May 23rd and received a response requesting more information and documentation. After a couple of iterative email exchanges, I responded with all necessary documentation and received a RMA. I returned the suppressor to Griffin, along with necessary documentation, and per **** it was received by them on June 15, 2022. Since that time, I have attempted to contact Griffin multiple times (see list below) and have received no response as to the status of my suppressor (warranty?, findings?, resolution?). Phone calls to ************ with messages left: July 6, 8, 11, 14, 27,Emails (after returning suppressor): June 1, June 29, July 13.Email using Griffin website form: July 21.I have copies of all email exchanges but have not included them, as they contain personally identifiable information.Business response

This email is to address a complaint with an ID of ********. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused the customer. I was repairing this customer's suppressor and prioritized repairs over responses to the customer's inquiries. I have since contacted this customer to let him know what repairs were made, possible causes of the issue he had, and it will be shipped today to be returned to the customer.
