I had a service appointment for system checkup and moving of some wires and existing lights as my patio is being redone. Appointment was missed and no care that work wont be done before patio work begins.System will be damaged and not working because of the digging and trenching for the work I am having done.Both owners were contacted with no resolutions.Business response

Customer was contacted directly and agreed for services to be provided 5/14/22 (2 days following his complaint). Our goal as a company is to always make sure our customers are satisfied. We believe the customer acted too soon before trying to resolve the issue with our company.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Service is being performed later today. I do not believe I filed to quickly. I was not getting any response about resolving the issue. The only response I got was sometimes people have a bad day
