I traded vehicles with this company. The sales representative told me the vehicle was a 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn which was what I wanted. When signing paperwork I asked to make sure was a 2023 and should I read everything before signing and was assured everything was correct which is my fault for not spending 3 hours reading the contract. I have never been mislead at any other dealership before. I went to trade the vehicle and found out it was a 2022 instead. Contacted Sheets and *** *he dealer I dealt with and he told me again was a 2023 and was looking at it on his computer. Sent VIN and verified it was different vehicle. I was told by dealership that a 2022 was substituted for the 2023 vehicle because it had a better deal but at time of trade I was not informed of this or I would not have traded. Have tried resolving issue with dealership and they apologized for confusion and that I signed papers and will not help in trying to correct issue. I have lost value because of the year difference in the trucks. I just want them to make it right by canceling this lease and starting over.Business response

Dear Sir,
In response to *** ***** ****** ** *** ********* **** ***** ****** ** ****** ***** ******* ************* (about his purchase/lease of a 2022 Ram 1500 bearing vehicle identification number: ***************** it is our contention that *** ****** was told that he leased a 2022 model rather than a 2023 model. There are no less than six forms in the deal jacket he signed as the co-leasee showing that the vehicle he leased is a 2022 model. Furthermore, there are more than nine forms that his lease signee endorsed that state that the vehicle in question is/was a 2022 model. Furthermore, he or his signee were required to notify the insurance company within seven days that they had traded and needed to transfer their insurance from the ****** trade in to the new truck. The insurance company would have noted that the vehicle is a 2022 model. And, when he received his new insurance card it would have been noted as such. And, when the customers received their new registration card on the vehicle it also states the year model of the vehicle. Any and all these deal jackets forms are avaliable for inspection upon request.
In closing, we have substantial evidence stating that the year model of the vehicle *** ****** and his signee leased was disclosed and acknowledged as such by the signees. That you for the inquiry and if any further assisstance is needed feel free to contact myself via email: ********************* ****** ************ or any other means that you prefer.
Sincerely
**** ** ******
