I purchased supplements for my cat on 7/29 and paid $146.16 and have been emailing with this company's vet. I asked to let me know of status of my order as I'm anxious to have it for my cat, who is desperate for support. She wrote and told me to call her as she didn't think I placed the order. I called the number twice and provide all contact info, as well as sending her proof of the charge. Today is 8/3 and still no one responded. I just want my order so I can help my cat, who may be dying and these people just don't care! Please help.Business response

When Ms. ******* asked me about her order, I searched by her email. She had entered her email incorrectly on her order and therefor it was not findable. I just manually went through every order from the 7/29 and found her order. The tracking shows it was delivered the day she issued this complaint, 8/3. According to our shipping policy on our website, we ask for +/- 2 days handling and we ship via 2-3 day priority mail. Her package was received within 5 days. After her initial inquiry about her package, she allowed one day before placing this complaint. I absolutely understand Ms. *******'s frustration. Her animal is very sick, and she is desperately trying to help him. I pray our products do help and I will continue to work with her to help in whatever way I can.
