In October of 2022 I entered a consulting agreement with the business. Typically they require a signed agreement to bill for a minimum of 12 months. I did NOT sign this agreement due to health issues that happened shortly after agreeing to work with them. In fact, they told me that I could cancel with no fee at any time - and that I would be given 2 months of free services - this is by an employee named **************************** December, I started communicating that I did not think I could continue past February due to health and other challenges. I received no services after Feb 16. I met with them on Feb 22, but was transferred to a new person, and did not receive services that day. I reiterated needing to cancel.In March, after I saw that I was charged on Feb. 27, I put my request in writing. Explaining everything that had happened, and that I needed to stop being charged. They refused to return funds and continued to charge me on both March 27 and April 26. After more cancer treatment I emailed again on May 9. I was informed today they will not return funds. I did not receive services, I did not sign an agreement for a full year of services with cancellation fees. I have attempted to resolve this myself during cancer treatment for myself and my husband. and I've had enough. Their behavior is unethical and they have no signed contract to support their behavior. Please help me get this unethical company to refund my money.*I can not provide a document - because I never signed an agreement - so there is no document to provide. They are aware of my emails and are choosing not to give me my money back which they did not earn.
