We booked 2 nights here thru booking.com paid in full. Roundtop in turn charged us an additional 2 nights. We inly stayed 1 night due to sketchy condition. Booking is refunding 2 nights. We asked om 9/24 for Roundtop to refund 1 night, which was told they are. Kept calling during week. Get run around. Yesterday they hung up on me we would like our 1 night refund plan and simple. We should have NEVER been charged by roundtop themselvesBusiness response

We have hosted many guests that have felt safe and happy. Many with kids and families.
This guest booked through a 3rd party website and paid on a discounted rate that the other site precharges and we do not have a control on their refunds. Despite that we did contact the website for them to refund and they gave us a run around.
The guest wanted a refund on the difference since they found better rate elsewhere and are making up the remainder of their story.
Unfortunately when we are asked for multiple discounts despite them breaking the policies of the 3rd party site we do now have control of, despite our effort they are in turn retailing with this complaint.
